F.A.Q.

Understandably, many questions are often asked about the definitions of broad categories of reproduction and reproductive labor, as well as related terms used to describe the spaces in which they operate and the processes that define them. Although we can’t address any of these queries in depth in this context, we believe it is helpful to provide some working definitions here to facilitate understanding and discussion.

PLEASE NOTE: Definitions to the terms below, and others suggested by the group, will be added in the form of short paragraphs over time. Soon you will be able to click on each term as an active link to read proposed definitions.
